We will also provide after-sales support for the discontinued products to the end users, as set out in the Key Service Activity Termination Schedule below. 

Key Service Activity Termination Schedule

XAG’s local partners remain legally responsible for providing appropriate after-sales support to end users for any products whose warranty period extends beyond the Service Termination Date.

From the date of this notice, we will cease production and sales of all products listed above. In addition, a limited quantity of spare parts for the discontinued products remains available. Our partners are advised to purchase these parts based on their business operations, inventory levels, and end-user base, thereby meeting future after-sales service needs.

The discontinuation of these products marks a critical milestone in our product iteration process. We will remain committed to delivering more high-quality products and service solutions. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
